Why does it sometimes take a few minutes for all my products to be published/unpublished

Auto Schedule processes your products through Shopify's bulk operations API. Shopify works through large product lists asynchronously, so when a schedule covers many products it can take a few minutes for every product to be updated. This is normal — the schedule has run, and Shopify is working through the list.
