Why does it sometimes take a few minutes for all my products to be published/unpublished

This is nothing to worry about. When we publish/unpublish products, the app has to do each product individually. Due to the limits on the number of API calls we can make to Shopif in a minute, sometimes it can take a little while to get through the entire list of products.
