Can I schedule individual variants?

For price changes — yes! When setting up a discount or price increase schedule, select your products and then click Edit on any product to choose exactly which variants the price change applies to. The product card will show how many variants are selected, for example "(3 of 8 variants selected)". Any variants you leave unselected keep their current price.

For the online store sales channel — also yes! With an "Add/remove products from online store sales channel" schedule, you can select individual variants the same way. Only the selected variants are added to or removed from your online store — the rest of the product is untouched.

For status-based publishing — no. A product's status (active, draft or archived) applies to the whole product in Shopify, so a "Publish and/or unpublish products" schedule can't target individual variants — no app can. If you want to hide specific variants for a period of time, use the online store sales channel schedule type described above instead.
