Email Notifications & Discount Warnings

Auto Schedule can email you about your scheduled changes, so you always know what ran and when. Set this up under Settings in the app.

Turning notifications on

Tick Enable email notifications, then choose which emails you'd like:

Schedule run summaries (Pro & Plus)

Tick Enable summary emails for every schedule run to receive an email each time a schedule runs, summarising what changed — how many products were affected and what happened to them.

Discount warnings (Plus)

Tick Enable discount warnings email and set a threshold — for example 50% — and Auto Schedule will alert you whenever a schedule discounts a product's price by more than that. A safety net against typos (a 90% discount that should have been 9%) and against overlapping schedules stacking discounts.

Where do the emails go?

By default, notifications go to your store's email address. To use a different address, enter it in Email address to receive notifications.

Plan note: email notifications are available on Pro (summaries) and Plus (summaries + discount warnings).
