Schedule Timeline, Run Details & Reverting a Past Run

Every schedule keeps a full record of what it has done — and if a run did something you didn't intend, you can undo it.

The timeline on the schedule page

Open any schedule and you'll find its timeline: every run of that schedule, newest first, with a summary of what happened — for example "Discounted 24 products" or "Published 12 products". A Last run card at the top shows the most recent run at a glance.

Per-product before & after details

Click View details on any run in the timeline to open its execution details. This shows every product the run touched, with its before and after state side by side — status, price, compare-at price and tags — plus when the run happened and how long it took.

This is the place to answer "what exactly did that schedule do to this product?"

Reverting a past run

Two safety nets, depending on the schedule's state:

Deactivate (for active schedules)

If a schedule is currently active — it has run and is waiting to revert at its end date — press Deactivate on the schedule. Its changes are reverted immediately.

Force Revert (for completed runs)

In a run's execution details (via View details on the timeline), press Force Revert. This restores every product in that run to exactly the before state shown — prices, statuses or tags as they were recorded when the run started. You'll be asked to confirm first.

Careful with Force Revert if things have changed since. It restores the recorded before state — if you've manually changed prices since the run, those manual changes will be overwritten.

Reverted runs are labelled with a Reverted badge.

The History page

The History page in the main navigation is the store-wide overview: a log of your most recent schedule runs across all schedules, showing the date/time, the action, and which schedule ran — including Reverted and Force Revert badges. Use it to spot what ran recently; use the schedule's own timeline for the product-level detail.
